The 971 m² (10,450 sq.ft.) orthodontic office and medical facility was designed from ground up with one-on-one consultation with Dr. Ghidini.  The design attempted to maximize the efficiency of the medical uses, while providing additional space for a future professional user. The exterior design expands on the Mediterranean character desired by the owner.
