We all think about downsizing once all the kids are grown, but how do you really make that happen? You still want the kids to come home to visit, but you don’t want to be cleaning a massive house all the time. Together with our “Empty Nest Heaven” client, we were able to design the perfect solution.

The 1,700 sf main floor allows for all the essentials to be on one level – kitchen, dining, living, laundry, master suite and office. The 1,300 sf basement offers two bedrooms, family room, game area and wine cellar. Part of the basement was left unfinished to create the ideal storage space (no more climbing into the attic for Christmas decorations). Most impressive of all, are the views captured from every room in the house!
