Light, airy and open best describe the modern, course-side home. The clients selected this knife-blade-shaped lot in hopes of overlooking the course in many ways. The master suite captures the entire 17th hole as if one were on the tee box, while the indoor and outdoor entertaining areas allow for views of holes 15 and 17, while also providing a private overlook of the 16th green.

The living space is clean and voluminous while still being comfortable and light-filled.

The exterior design style was restrained, as the community of neighboring homes are all traditional in nature. The sloping roof lines tend to feel more transitional, while the interior offers a much more modern feel with its clean, uncomplicated palette of finishes.

One does not have to be a golf fanatic to appreciate this home and its challenging, but panoramic site, but it sure doesn’t hurt.

The clients were a joy to collaborate with to create a home perfect for their family.
