At first glance, this site felt like any home placed upon it would fully capture the magnificent views of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak in the distance. However, a careful walk with the clients uncovered many additional views and special orientational opportunities.

The final layout captured both private vistas as well as panoramic public views. The gentle angles within the design provide an added level of interest to a wonderfully bright and comfortable home design. The design is a mix of rustic Colorado materials such as timber and stone with refined finishes of glass, plaster and tile.

A tour of this home allows one to experience space after space that feels like it was crafted for fun, family living while perfectly capturing another unique glimpse of the natural beauty that surrounds this home.

Whether indoors or out, the living environments of this design are one that make you feel like you never want to leave. This project proves that clients with a special program on a unique site, teamed with a talented builder, are sure to result in a truly spectacular home design.
